The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) has recognized the St. Louis Chapter with Platinum Level Recognition for the 2025-2026 chapter year.
According to ASSP, the recognition is based on information submitted through the Chapter Operations Management Tool (COMT) as of June 30, 2026, and reviewed by the Regional Vice President and Area Director.
In its notification to chapter leadership, ASSP noted that chapters continue to provide outstanding value to members and that the efforts of the St. Louis Chapter benefited both chapter members and the safety profession as a whole. ASSP also recognized the chapter’s achievement as “impressive and greatly appreciated.”
As part of ASSP’s recognition initiative, the chapter’s entire leadership team will be included in the recognition for Platinum-level communities. ASSP also indicated that recognition banners will be displayed on chapter websites.
The St. Louis Chapter thanks its board members, committee volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and members for their continued support and commitment throughout the year. This achievement reflects the collective effort to provide professional development, networking opportunities, and resources that support occupational safety and health professionals across the St. Louis region.
The chapter looks forward to building on this success and continuing to serve its members in the coming year.
